Reconozco que mi uso de las canchas e instalaciones de pickleball o cualquier otro deporte en Comunidad de Amor, Fe y Esperanza Inc. y/o mi participación en actividades relacionadas con el pickleball o cualquier otro deporte conllevan ciertos riesgos y peligros inherentes y pueden resultar en lesiones o, incluyendo, entre otras, lesiones corporales, torceduras, fracturas, parálisis parcial o total, lesiones oculares, ceguera, insolación, infarto, muerte u otras dolencias que podrían causar discapacidad grave o la muerte. 

Asimismo, reconozco que los riesgos y peligros asociados con mi participación en actividades relacionadas con el pickleball u otro deporte o actividad física pueden ser previsibles o imprevisibles y pueden estar causados ​​por la negligencia de los participantes, la negligencia de terceros, accidentes, las fuerzas de la naturaleza u otras causas. Entiendo y valoro los riesgos y afirmo que mi participación es voluntaria, que asumo conscientemente todos los riesgos y peligros, así como toda la responsabilidad por pérdidas o daños, y que soy, responsable de mi propia seguridad, así como de la seguridad de los menores bajo mi cuidado, custodia o control. 

Además, entiendo que el uso de las canchas de deporte y/o pickleball se considera recreativo. Por lo Yo, en mi nombre, el de mis representantes personales y el de mis herederos, por la presente acepto voluntariamente liberar, eximir, liberar de responsabilidad, defender e indemnizar a Comunidad de Amor, Fe y Esperanza Inc., Iglesia CAFE, Shine a Light, CAMA, Mí Café, CAFE Ministries, los organizadores, propietarios de las instalaciones, pastores, líderes, empleados, voluntarios, y demás participantes, de cualquier reclamación, demanda, acción o causa de acción por lesiones corporales, daños a la propiedad, fallecimiento o pérdida de servicios que puedan surgir del uso, tanto mío como de mi grupo, de las instalaciones descritas anteriormente y de nuestra participación en actividades relacionadas con el pickleball o cualquier otra actividad física o deporte.

Además, acepto cumplir con todas las normas de Comunidad de Amor, Fe y Esperanza Inc. y firmar cualquier exención de responsabilidad que Comunidad de Amor, Fe y Esperanza Inc. requiera, incluyendo una exención de responsabilidad para Comunidad de Amor, Fe y Esperanza Inc. y todos sus empleados.

I acknowledge that my use of the pickleball, other sports, courts and facilities at Community of Love, Faith and Hope Inc. and/or my participation in pickleball or other sport-related activities carries certain inherent risks and dangers and may result in injury or damage, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, sprains, fractures, partial or total paralysis, eye damage, blindness, heat stroke, heart attack, death, or other ailments that could cause serious disability or death.

I further acknowledge that the risks and dangers associated with my participation in pickleball-related activities or any other sport or physical activity may be foreseeable or unforeseeable and may be caused by the negligence of participants, the negligence of others, accidents, the forces of nature, or other causes. I understand and assess the risks and affirm that my participation is voluntary, that I knowingly assume all risks and dangers, as well as all responsibility for loss or damage, and that I am responsible for my own safety as well as the safety of minors under my care, custody, or control.

Furthermore, I understand that use of the sport and/or pickleball courts is considered recreational. Therefore, I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Comunidad de Amor, Fe y Esperanza, Inc., CAFE Church, Iglesia CAFE, Shine a Light, CAMA, My Cafe, CAFE Ministries, the organizers, facility owners, pastors, leaders, employees, volunteers, and other participants from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for bodily injury, property damage, death, or loss of services that may arise from my and my group's use of the facilities described above and our participation in pickleball-related activities or any other physical activity or sport.

In addition, I agree to comply with all rules of Community of Love, Faith and Hope Inc. and to sign any liability waivers that Community of Love, Faith and Hope Inc. requires, including a liability waiver for Community of Love, Faith and Hope Inc. and all of its employees.
